How We Work Together

Straightforward, structured, and built around your actual situation — not a generic consulting playbook.

1

Week 1 · 30–45 min

Discovery Call

We start with a focused 30–45 minute conversation. I want to understand your business model, your current sales and marketing setup, and what’s feeling most stuck. You’ll leave with a clear sense of whether we’re a good fit — and so will I. No pitch, no pressure.

2

Weeks 1–2

Diagnostic & Audit

If we move forward, I conduct a thorough diagnostic of your current revenue motion. This includes reviewing your pipeline, sales and marketing assets, team structure, and any data you have on what’s working. I’m looking for patterns, gaps, and the biggest levers for growth.

3

End of Week 2

Roadmap Presentation

I present my findings and a prioritized roadmap — a clear, sequenced view of what to fix first, what to build next, and what to save for later. We talk through the reasoning together and make sure the plan fits your resources and timeline.

4

Weeks 3–12 (varies)

Implementation

We get to work. Depending on the engagement, this could mean building sales playbooks, restructuring your pipeline, aligning sales and marketing, or some combination. I’m hands-on throughout — this isn’t a deliverable-and-disappear model. We check in regularly and adjust as we go.

5

Final 1–2 weeks

Handoff & Sustainment

The goal is never dependency — it’s capability. By the end of our engagement, your team owns the systems we built. I’ll leave you with documentation, reporting templates, and a clear view of what to keep doing, what to revisit, and what to watch as you continue to grow.

Good to Know

A Few Things I Want to Be Upfront About

🚫 What I’m not

  • A vendor who hands off decks and moves on
  • A fractional CMO or CRO (I’m a strategic partner)
  • An agency — I don’t run ads or do creative production
  • A fit for companies still looking for product-market fit

🤝 What makes this work

  • You’re open to honest feedback, even when it’s uncomfortable
  • Your leadership team is bought in and participates
  • You’re ready to build systems, not just talk about them
  • You treat this as an investment, not a quick fix
